Attack of the Killer Trannies
Excerpt from “The Men Who Would be Queens,” in Cultural Engineering Studies # 3.
At the time of writing this, on September 10th 2025, the assassination of Charlie Kirk occurred. Early reports from the ATF at the scene claimed spent bullet “cartridges have engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology” ( “Messages Scribbled on Cartridges ... Pro-Trans, Antifascist Words,” TMZ, Sept 11, 2025..
The alleged shooter was soon identified as Tyler Robinson, who lived with a transgender partner, then “transitioning” from male to female (“Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, lived with transgender partner,” by Josh Christenson and Georgia Worrell , NY Post, Sept 13, 2025).
Since all this is unfolding at the time of writing, official and unofficial details may continue to vary. What’s perhaps undeniable (since Kirk’s shooting was caught on film) is that, moments before being shot, Kirk was responding to a question from the crowd about mass shootings by Trans individuals in the US.
The most recent of these was only two weeks early, on August 27th, 2025, when 23-year-old Robin M. Westman, previously known as Robert Paul Westman, shot and killed two children and injured 17 more people (mostly children) during Mass at the Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis. Westman left behind a manifesto that talks extensively about his Trans identity, including his distress that “there is no magic wand or medicine or technology that exists that can make him be a real girl.” (“Why the Media Won’t Tell You Who Killed Children at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis,” Andy Gno, Gno Comment, Aug 28, 2025).

In a similar shooting in 2023, Trans person Audrey (changed to Aiden) Hale shot and killed three children and three staff at the Nashville Covenant School, connected to the Covenant Presbyterian Church. Andy Gno reported that (as in the Westman shooting), “the liberal press downplayed or completely ignored Hale’s trans radicalism, despite the disturbing details revealed in her journals.”1 Following the Minnesota shooting by Westman, Breitbart reported that the Department of Justice was considering whether transsexuals, as a group, are “too unstable to be allowed to purchase or own firearms [based on] growing anecdotal evidence that, perhaps in part because of cross-sex hormones, transsexuals are becoming an ever more violent threat to society” (“The DOJ is looking at taking away gun rights for transsexuals,” by S. David Sultzer, American Thinker, Sept 5, 2025).
In “Why Are There So Many Trans Mass Shooters Now?” Gno sees “several variables . . . colliding at once”:
Political trans propaganda. Mainstream media, Reddit, social media, and radical blogs push a nonstop stream of messaging telling trans people they’re under existential threat—the so-called “trans genocide” lie for example. This grievance-manufacturing encourages what can be referred to as wound collecting: fixating on every slight, whether real, fabricated, or imagined, until it becomes a source of rage.
Mental health comorbidities. Trans and nonbinary-identified individuals report significantly higher rates of mental illness. A 2024 study published in The Lancet found that 47 percent of trans-nonbinary respondents had at least one self-reported mental health condition.
“Trans medicine.” The widespread use of cross-sex hormones and drugs adds another destabilizing factor, with understudied long-term consequences.
Access to deadly weapons. Across the U.S., trans militias and proto-paramilitaries have emerged within far-left, anarchist, and Antifa-aligned networks (sometimes branded “Trantifa”). They openly train for violence, urge insurrection, and have been celebrated in glowing liberal media profiles.
In a March 2023 piece, “How Many Mass Shootings Have Been Carried Out by Transgender People?” Newsweek cited figures from the Gun Violence Archive: “131 mass shootings this year . . . 647 in 2022. In total, there have been 2,861 mass shootings in the U.S. since 2018.” It thereby calculates Trans shootings at 1.3%—not especially higher than the percentage of Trans-identifying people in the US. However, insofar as “transgender identity is often omitted when individuals are perpetrators, while their victimization receives extensive coverage,” real figures may be significantly higher:
Numerous websites track violence against LGBTQ people, but almost none record violence committed by them. In cases involving gender, the media will frequently refer to a man dressed as a woman simply as a woman, or vice versa, omitting the fact that the person is transgender. Transgender individuals are significantly over-represented in the military (at least until Donald Trump reinstated a ban), and a National Transgender Discrimination Survey has as many as one in five Trans people joining the military! (“20% of transgender adults have served, double the general population rate of 10%”).
Andy Ngo’s regular reporting (for which he has received death threats) tracks a surging trend in “Trantifa” groups, reacting to alleged hints of “trans-genocide” in Donald Trump’s election rhetoric, boasting about stockpiling firearms and recruiting veterans for paramilitary insurrection groups,2Trans-militia groups on Facebook with 500,000+ followers, likewise recruiting ex-military members, stockpiling weapons, and training for insurrection against the US government and conservatives.3 One Antifa manifesto calls for Trantifa to “declare war” on society by forming cells to fight against “transphobes” (as Charlie Kirk was considered to be). The Trantifa Zizian cell has been tied by Gno to eight deaths;4 according to Gno, “far-left radicals believe that traditional practices of Christian theology should be banned & its adherents assaulted or killed.”5
Appendix
The slogan “Fix Your Heart or Die” originates from the 2017 Twin Peaks: The Return, created by David Lynch and Mark Frost. It has since evolved into a widely adopted cultural mantra, particularly within LGBTQ+ communities, symbolizing a call for empathy, acceptance, and the rejection of bigotry.
The line appears in Episode 4 of Twin Peaks: The Return, delivered by FBI Deputy Director Gordon Cole (played by David Lynch himself), a hearing-impaired character who speaks in an exaggerated, muffled manner through oversized hearing aids. Cole is addressing his longtime colleague, DEA Agent Denise Bryson (played by David Duchovny), who is transgender. “When you became Denise... I told all of your colleagues, those clown comics, to fix their hearts or die.”
“Fix your heart” means cultivating love, openness, and acceptance—particularly toward transgender and queer individuals—while “or die” implies that persistent hatred leads to spiritual, emotional, or societal “death.” It warns that bigotry corrodes the soul, rendering one “not really alive” without empathy.
In queer contexts, it’s a rallying cry against transphobia, homophobia, and fascism, urging bigots to change or be sidelined.
Essays like Zach Vasquez’s “Fix Your Heart or Die: The Startling Empathy of David Lynch” (republished in 2025) praise it as evidence of Lynch’s queer-inclusive worldview, ending with the line: “We should all strive to discover and inhabit such spaces within ourselves, even if, especially if, the price of admission is that we must either fix our hearts, or die.”
After Lynch’s death, outlets like Them.us and Deadline highlighted the line’s queer power, with trans fans citing Denise as a role model and the slogan as a tattoo-worthy affirmation.
Usage surged in 2025, supposedly a message against anti-trans bigotry, but viewed as menacing by conservatives.
