OK, sure, the subject line is a cryptic cultural ref, but hopefully the next column, “If You Meet Yahweh on the Road . . .” (coming Thursday) will explain it somewhat.
This is a custom message to egg the lurkers, as ever, into action. First up, if you haven’t become a paying customer, consider doing so; it works out at only 2 euro per week (less if you pay for a year) and will soon include a Jobcast (the more paying sign-ups, the sooner that will happen), as well as the more specialized material that will remain behind the paywall. To pay for subscription, use the alt. method described here, assuming you have PP or Wise. Thanks!
Note that complementary subscription is available for active commenters who also bring new (free or paying) subscribers my way. Or, if you have known me a long time and are very short of cheese, Cheddar or otherwise, just ask, and you may just receive! ;)
Lastly, there is (I am told) a conversation space in the Substack app set up exclusively for you, the subscriber — for group chat or live (hopefully not limited!) hangout. I’ll try to post short prompts, thoughts, and updates that come my way, for you can jump into the discussion. Unfortunately, to join the chat does mean downloading a Substack app; but if you are already grafted to your phone, then at least use it wisely! Acc. to substack “Chats are sent via the app, not email, so turn on push notifications so you don’t miss conversation as it happens.” See more info below.
If you have any questions or requests (including for future Jobcast guests), let me know.
Love & Light,
Jasun, after Job
How to get started with the Chat
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
That’s it! Jump into my thread to say hi, and if you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ.
Yah, way out there man. War is the brick house?
And where's the Buddha when you want him? Or her.
